Let’s dial it in.
Fitment, setup, or an order question. Start here, then talk to the people behind your parts.
Fitment
How do I check whether a part fits my bike?
Choose your bike, year and setup on the product page and review the application notes. A flagged combination requires a separate acknowledgment before adding to cart and shop review before manufacture. Your selections stay with the order. Contact the shop if your setup is uncertain.
Start with your bikeWhat if my bike has already been modified?
Tell us about changes to the forks, triple trees, shock length, ride height, and any other suspension components. Include fork diameter and whether the forks are conventional or inverted when asking about front-end parts. A bike family alone does not confirm fitment.
Installation & setup
Where can I get installation instructions?
Contact Killer Shox with the part name and your bike’s year and model for instructions that apply to your setup. Product demonstration footage is not a complete installation guide. Confirm the required instructions before starting the job.
Ask for installation guidanceWhat information helps with suspension setup?
Share your rider weight with gear, whether you carry a passenger or luggage, and the riding you do most. Include your current parts and any ride-height changes. Ask for settings specific to that combination.
Orders & shipping
How long will my order take?
Our shocks are hand-built to order. Contact Killer Shox for the current build estimate for the parts you want before placing your order. Build time and shipping transit time are separate.
View your ordersHow do I check an order or request a change?
Sign in to your customer account to view your order details. For a status question or change request, contact Killer Shox with your order number and the email used at checkout. Ask the team to confirm any change before relying on it.
Warranty & returns
What warranty applies to my part?
Ask Killer Shox for the current written warranty terms for the specific part you are considering. Confirm coverage, duration, and any exclusions before ordering. For an existing purchase, include your order number and part name.
Ask about your partHow do I ask about a return or a problem with a part?
Contact Killer Shox with your order number, part name, a description of the issue, and clear photos when relevant. Ask about eligibility and return instructions before shipping a part back. For a built-to-order purchase, confirm the applicable return terms before ordering.
