WARRANTY INFORMATION

Killer Shox is a trademarked name used to describe parts manufactured and/or sold by KSX Inc.

Killer Shox’s only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Killer Shox will not be responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of loss of use of product. Killer Shox reserves the right to change the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.

The warranty applies to any parts (front end suspensions and any components, wheels, trees) with chrome or other types of finishes purchased from Authorized Dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Limited lifetime warranty on any manufacturer defects.

PRICING

We reserve the right to change prices, policies, or terms at any time without notice.

TERMS

Retail orders will only be taken if paid for by credit card, wire transfer, or prepaid check. Dealers will pay for orders by their agreed terms on the dealer application.

FREIGHT

Shipping charges are only an estimate. Final shipping charges may change without notice.

RETURNED CHECKS AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS

All returned checks and refused shipments will result in a $50.00 processing charge.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required for all items. Call to request an RGA number.

No freight or restocking fee will be charged on returned goods found to be defective or not as ordered; returns for any other reason will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

All returns must be shipped back with all components of the original part included. Failure to do so will result in the part being shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items.

All returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit. Mark the RGA number prominently on the outside of the package and send freight prepaid to: KSX Inc. Returns received without the correct RGA will be returned to the customer at their expense.

All retail returns will receive a replacement item or company credit.

We believe the contents and specifications of this catalog are correct. We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices, or model applications.

We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing, and application at any time without further notice and without further obligation.

The reproduction of any material from this catalog is forbidden without our written approval.

Any products with a trademark, name, word, or O.E.M. number used in the catalog by Bike Builders Bible Inc. are strictly intended to be used solely as reference to usage for that particular part.

None of the parts and accessories are D.O.T. approved. All of our parts are for custom applications.

We have total confidence in our product and strongly suggest test fitting all parts prior to any modifications or painting. KSX Inc. will not be held responsible for any paint or labor costs under any circumstances. Bike Builders Bible Inc. will not accept returns on any part that has been modified or damaged due to improper installation.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All KSX Inc. products are for custom applications and custom motorcycles. No warranty is made as to the fitment or use on any particular motorcycle. Purchaser is solely responsible for determining the suitability of our product on their motorcycle.

All parts are custom made and are non-returnable. All parts are for custom application and may require additional modifications. End user is solely responsible for any effect the modified parts may have.

Improper Care or Misuse

KSX Inc. shall have no warranty obligation in the event the goods have been modified by any other person or organization, or where the goods become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation, or any other misuse or mistreatment of the goods.

COVERED

Damage caused by defects in material or workmanship.

NOT COVERED

All other defects including delamination/separation of the plating from the surface of the part not caused by a manufacturing defect, including damage caused by impact, road hazard, chemical damage, or improper installation technique.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.

Proof of Purchase

KSX Inc. shall have no warranty obligation in the event the customer is unable to present a receipt evidencing the date on which the customer purchased the goods.
