Your one stop shop to get your biked dialed in.

Handmade shocks built to match your riding style and weight. Dominate any twisty road. The Killer Shocks Piggyback Rezy shock is engineered to provide the rider with maximum control in all situations. Each Killer Shocks Piggyback is handmade specifically for the individual rider and bike. We take your riding style and bike setup and build the shock to maximize your riding potential. The Killer Shocks Piggyback uses buttercup technology to deliver an unsurpassed ride experience. Killer Shocks will make it very difficult for your buddies to keep up in the canyons. Everyone who rides this shock describes it as a game changer. Instantly you become the master of any twisty road without sacrificing long range comfort. External adjustment for spring preload and compression damping. We measure in inches because our parts are made in the USA. We buy metal from an American company and machine everything in house in the USA. When you buy from Killer Shox you buy manufacturer direct. Many other companies have “partners” in Asia that manufacture for them. Sometimes they say “designed in USA,” which is usually code for made overseas according to their specifications. At Killer Shox we design it, machine it, and hand build it specifically for your bike. Chinese parts on your Harley? Don’t be like the guy who puts up an American flag that’s made overseas. Killer Shox stands for something — the question is do you?

Installation notes: longer than stock shocks may require modification, check your bike. We recommend using the 13-1/2” shock for most applications, but the final choice is yours. If you choose a length and are unhappy with it you can purchase parts to modify the length yourself. On Touring 2013–2017 models, 14-1/2” or longer shocks cause the swingarm to hit the transmission. On all other Touring models the swingarm usually hits the transmission with shocks longer than 15-1/2”. On all Nightster models shocks longer than 15” cause the swingarm to hit the gas tank, and longer than 14” the stock exhaust hits the shock bolt. On Dyna models shocks longer than 13-1/2” will allow the chain to drag on the case.

No need to buy new inner tubes to lift your bike, the Hi-Flo ZX Fork Cartridge includes a lift kit for added ground clearance. The best part of the Hi-Flo cartridge is how it keeps your front end glued to the road. The Hi-Flo not only solves your handling problems, it also improves your ride quality and comfort. Everything about every other cartridge is now obsolete. The Patent Pending design of the new Hi-Flo takes motorcycle fork cartridges to the next level of performance. PLUS, you can select +1, +2 or +3 inches longer fork caps so you can raise your bike without having to buy new fork tubes. The Hi-Flo cartridge is easy to install and adjust and includes a preload adjuster cap along with several tuning springs that allow you to dial in the ride you want. The Killer Shox Hi-Flo ZX Fork Cartridge piston area is almost four times greater (3.97x) than other shock pistons, meaning more area for better fluid control. Cartridges designed for 400-lb bikes might save weight and work fine on a smaller motorcycle, but what happens when that tiny piston is overwhelmed on a 700-lb motorcycle? The Killer Shox Hi-Flo ZX Fork Cartridge runs in both legs with full rebound and compression damping and full springs in both legs. Many other fork kits cheap out and only give you a one-legged dampener unit, making the right side fork ride differently than the left and causing twist under stress. Other cartridges split compression and rebound between legs, which can twist the fork under load. That might work on a 390-lb bike, but big bikes over 600 lb need big pistons balanced across both legs. Bigger bikes need bigger suspension. The big distributors may say small pistons work fine or that you only need valving in one tube, but larger bikes require larger suspension components. Killer Shox are made in the USA, not overseas. Some companies advertise a 22mm piston to make it sound large, but that is only 0.866 inches and equals 0.5891 square inches of piston area. Killer Shox uses a 1.725 inch piston which equals 3.337 square inches, nearly four times the area. Even competitors using 25mm pistons only reach 0.984 inches, still far smaller than the Killer Shox Hi-Flo unit. Killer Shox measures in inches because the parts are made in the USA. The metal is sourced from American companies and all machining is done in house. When you buy from Killer Shox you buy manufacturer direct. Many companies rely on overseas manufacturing partners, sometimes labeled as “designed in USA,” which often means produced overseas. Killer Shox designs, machines, and hand builds the suspension specifically for your bike in the United States.

Fitment: to confirm compatibility with the Hi-Flo ZX Fork Cartridge, measure the upper fork tube. It should measure slightly less than 2 inches and more than 1-3/4 inches, approximately 1.96 inches or 49mm.
